Role Overview As a Café Staff Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service, preparing and serving food & drinks, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring every customer leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude Take orders accurately and process payments at the counter/POS Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light meals according to café standards Maintain cleanliness of the café, including tables, counters, and equipment Assist with stock management and restocking supplies when needed Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations ---

Requirements

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role (preferred but not essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A positive attitude and willingness to learn Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed ---
