The Café Crew Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, assisting in food and beverage preparation, and ensuring a pleasant café experience for all customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and take food/beverage orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and light snacks as per menu standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including tables, counters, equipment, and utensils.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene protocols are followed at all times.
- Handle POS (Point of Sale) billing and manage cash/card transactions.
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials as needed.
- Support kitchen or service staff during busy hours.
- Report any customer feedback or equipment issues to the manager.

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic food preparation knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Customer-focused with a pleasant attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt

**Eligibility**:

- Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th pass/any degree
- Experience: 0-2 years in café/hotel/QSR industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
