We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
  • Help with data entry and updating records or databases as needed.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Ensure office cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

  • 12th (graduation degree a plus).
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or relevant role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [industry or relevant field].
  • Familiarity with office management tools and software.
  • Basic bookkeeping or data entry skills.
