
Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
- Help with data entry and updating records or databases as needed.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects.
- Ensure office cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
- 12th (graduation degree a plus).
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in [industry or relevant field].
- Familiarity with office management tools and software.
- Basic bookkeeping or data entry skills.
