We are looking for a Software Engineer

You'll make a difference by:

• What you'll do
• Develop and maintain production‑grade software solutions using modern development practices and CI/CD workflows.
• Build and integrate agentic AI services using LangGraph framework with enterprise‑level requirements and performance standards.
• Design and implement prompt engineering strategies and context management for AI agents to optimize performance and reliability.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes using Docker and Helm charts for scalable, reliable operations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including domain experts from business units, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies, code reviews, and quality assurance processes to ensure robust software delivery.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and technical documentation while maintaining high standards of code quality and architecture.
• What you bring
• Python (excellent) and Java for building production‑ready applications and services.
• Proven professional software development experience with strong foundation in CI/CD, testing methodologies, and development best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with LangGraph or similar agent frameworks for AI‑driven applications. Strong skills in prompt engineering and context engineering for optimizing AI agent behavior and outputs.
• Experience with advanced prompt optimization techniques, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and context window management.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts in production environments. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Self‑directed work style with excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• English very good / business fluent; German knowledge is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record through references from professional software or AI projects (or equivalent proof of expertise).
