QA Engineer – SIP/VOIP Applications

We are seeking a highly skilled
QA Engineer
with expertise in SIP and VOIP-based applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Linux, SQL, and PostgreSQL, along with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge telecom solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end testing of SIP and VOIP-based applications.
- Design, execute, and document test cases, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Perform functional, regression, and system testing in Linux environments.
- Utilize PostgreSQL and SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with development, support, and product teams to ensure seamless releases.
- Identify, track, and report defects with detailed analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of hands-on QA experience.
- Strong knowledge of
SIP, VOIP, Linux, PostgreSQL, and SQL
. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Screening Criteria
- Immediate joiners preferred (maximum 7 days' notice period).
- Relevant experience: 3+ to 5 years.
