Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Leasing Agent located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales and Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing leases, lease transaction administration, and transaction management. They will handle commercial leasing inquiries and ensure excellent customer service is provided to all clients. Daily tasks include meeting with potential tenants, showcasing properties, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining up-to-date property records.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Leases and Lease Administration
  • Skills in Property Management and Commercial Leasing
  • Strong Customer Service abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
  • Knowledge of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region property market is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
