Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SAS Developer Team Lead with hands-on experience in SAS DI, SAS Visual Analytics (VA), and SAS Management Console (SMC). The ideal candidate should have prior experience in leading a technical team and delivering projects within the BFSI and Government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of SAS developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using SAS DI Studio.

Develop interactive reports and dashboards using SAS Visual Analytics (VA).

Manage user roles, libraries, and metadata using SAS SMC.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project delivery.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Monitor and troubleshoot performance and data issues.

Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAS DI, VA, and SMC.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL design.

Experience in BFSI and/or Government projects is a must.

Prior experience in leading and mentoring a team.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred:

SAS certifications are an added advantage.
