Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and walk-ins.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in-person) with hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and ATS tools.
  • Work closely with operations and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Execute volume hiring plans for entry-level to mid-level BPO roles (voice, non-voice, blended, back-office, etc.).
  • Coordinate job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports and insights.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and hiring policies.
