Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creation Team Leader located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Content Creation Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the content creation process, managing the content team, developing content strategies, ensuring high-quality content, and coordinating with other departments to align content with organizational goals. The role also involves conducting market research, editing and proofreading content, and contributing to innovative content ideas.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing a content team and overseeing the content creation process
  • Strong skills in Content Strategy, Research, and Writing
  • Proficiency in Proofreading, Editing, and ensuring high-quality content standards
  • Expertise in Creative Writing and developing innovative content ideas
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments to align content with organizational goals
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and content marketing strategies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field is preferred
