Job Purpose

To support the FP&A function through preparation, analysis, and reporting of key business and financial metrics. The role is critical for driving data-backed insights into profitability, budget adherence, and cost efficiency, supporting management decisions in the housing finance business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare branch, product, and region-wise profitability statements; track disbursals, yields, productivity, and cost ratios.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts; identify variances and suggest corrective actions.
  • MIS & Dashboarding: Generate and automate recurring MIS reports and dashboards for management and business review.
  • Variance & Trend Analysis: Analyze actual performance against budgets/forecasts and prior periods; highlight key deviations and insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks, streamline reporting processes, and improve data accuracy.
  • Business Support: Act as a repository of key operational and financial data including logins, FD, productivity, disbursal, and product mix.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent finance qualification.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting; BFSI/NBFC experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Financial Modelling; Exposure to BI tools preferred, Knowledge of accounting standards Ind AS and IGAAP preferred
  • Behavioural Competencies: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to manage large datasets, and strong presentation skills.
