For additional information, visit us at Job Description:Job DescriptionRole PurposeTo ensure success as a technical architect, you should have extensive knowledge of enterprise networking systems, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to project manage. A top-class technical architect can design and implement any size system to perfectly meet the needs of the client.͏Transformation Architect/Lead15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Testing, including manual, automation, non-functional, and digital testing.Proven track record in handling large QET programs and driving Quality engineering transformation across customersExpertise in various open source and automation tools(Selenium(Java/C#/Python) + AI), (Playwright + MCP), AI/ML validation skills and explainability, Synthetic data generation and continuous testing, GENAI and AI technologiesHands on with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and NLP-based test automation. Exposure to build Agentic AI solutionExpertise in test data management, test environments, and service virtualization.Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps tools, and AI-led QA innovations.Experience in shaping opportunities(converting Staff-Aug/T&M to Managed Services/Innovation driven outcomes) and driving E2E solutioning for testing large deals (>10Mn USD annual revenue)Know-how of domains like Banking, Retail, Healthcare, TelecomMinimum 5 years of Presales/End-to-End Solution experience, testing specificCertifications preferred: ISTQB Advanced, Certified Scrum Master, TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect.Exposer to working with senior VP level stakeholders in customer organization and internallyExcellent Oral communication and technical writing SkillsExcellent understanding of market trends, technical solutions and automation toolsConnects with analysts and tool vendors is an added advantageShould be self-motivated and work as an individual contributor and ready for travel͏͏͏Mandatory Skills: Selenium .Experience: >10 YEARS .Reinvent your world.
