Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end GTM digital transformation projects, including Salesforce CRM, Sales Force Automation (SFA), and analytics solutions.
  • Serve as the dedicated Salesforce Functional Owner/SME, interfacing between business and technical teams.
  • Translate commercial process requirements (Sales, Marketing, Service) into effective Salesforce configurations and robust business solutions.
  • Design and deliver actionable dashboards, funnel tracking, and forecasting views on Salesforce for executive leadership.
  • Drive high user adoption and organizational change by embedding the system into daily workflows (e.g., lead tracking, customer visits).
  • Conduct hands-on training and user refreshers to ensure strong data discipline and ease of use.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years experience in CRM Functional Roles with specific Salesforce platform implementations and rollouts.
  • Proven track record in moving organizations from manual/legacy systems to scalable digital CRM solutions.
  • Strong preference for experience in the Industrial or Manufacturing sector.
  • Deep functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Admin/Config, Reporting, declarative features) and sales process mapping.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator / Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
