We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex infrastructure, networking, and cloud initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams across India and the US, driving project execution, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who thrives in a global, fast-paced environment and is comfortable working extended hours to ensure seamless collaboration with US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for infrastructure, networking, and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India and the US to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage resource allocation, project budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for US-based stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to track progress and report on key metrics.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations through regular updates and reviews.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly status reports that include:
  • Project progress and milestone tracking
  • Identification and escalation of risks and issues
  • Documentation and follow-up on action items
  • Updates on resource utilization and dependencies
  • Recommendations for corrective actions and risk mitigation strategies

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. OR

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience managing global teams and working across time zones.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking protocols, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
  • Extended hours to support US Central Time (CT) zone, up to 1:00 PM CT
