Job Responsibilities:

· Over all Branch Handling

· Control on office Discipline

· Controlling on Operation Team & Vehicle Movement

· Godawoon Arrangements

· Searching New Customers.

· Finalisation of Transport Rate after HO approval.

· Controlling / Handling Operation, Account, Marketing Team.

· Control the Short Cash Credit / Discount / Short / Damage of Material Received.

· Controlling on over all Branch Expenses.

· Controlling Bill distribution, Payments Collection.

· Controlling on POD & Solve any party problem like Shortage, Damage Etc.

· Preparing Daily / Monthly – Godawoon Stock, Short Credit Report.

· Responsible for Branch Cash & Credit collection.

· Visiting to Clients (Old & New) for Business Development.

· Conducting Meetings and Training for Branch Staff.

· Reporting to Head Office & Seiner Person.

Controlling on Outstanding / Pendency.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to efficiently handle logistics operations
  • Proficiency in resource allocation, transportation, and supply chain management
  • Effective communication and leadership skills for team management and client interactions
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges
  • Proficiency in the use of logistics software and tools
  • Understanding of industry safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in logistics or operational management is a significant advantage
