Ivory Group is a fast-growing digital marketing agency, helping brands scale through innovative strategies and impactful campaigns. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing space.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their requirements.
- Create and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hardcore business development/sales experience (preferably in marketing, advertising, or media).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
