  • Oversee the installation and construction of solar projects on-site.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project specifications and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure that all health and safety requirements are met on site.
  • Provide technical support to the project team, as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or potential problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out on site, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and quality control documentation.
  • Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and community members, as required.
  • Attend regular team meetings and provide progress reports to the project manager.

Education Qualification:

  • B.E/Btech (Electrical/Mechanical)/ Diploma/ ITI
  • Relevant experience in solar projects, construction, or related field.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
