**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on-site.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Manage and monitor the site workforce, including subcontractors and labourers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and timesheets.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for construction activities.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on site.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities to meet project deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Both freshmen and experienced professionals can apply.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
