**Job Title: Site Supervisor**

**Job Overview**:We are looking for a site supervisors** **who will oversee the activities of a specific site, ensuring that the site is working according to set standards and achieving set goals on time**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines
- performing regular inspections of the construction site
- identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly
- ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment
- organizing work schedules
- checking work techniques are correct and safe
- managing orders and deliveries of building materials
- assisting project managers with planning work activities
- completing site reports and other records
- attending site management meetings

Site supervisors perform most of their duties on outdoor construction sites, which means facing all types of weather. The role may involve working at heights, and a full driving license is a typical requirement, as your work day often entails travelling between your office, worksites, client businesses and meetings with key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in interior design, business management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in interior design or project management is often preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality interior design projects.
