Civil Site supervisor responsibility is to

supervise the manpower and specific task in collaboration with the project manager.

Must be Diploma / Bachelor in Civil, must have 4-6 years experience in Real-estate and building construction.

1. Use of man, machine and material effectively

2. To check and maintain quality of work during the progress of work.

3. To implement safety & security guidelines at all times.

4. Proper requisition of material on time.

5. To maintain receive and dispatch register of materials.

6. To ensure contractors material is functional or not.

7. To ensure material issue slips before handing over material

8. To ensure proper shifting of material at required place.

9. To maintain worker/ labour records with in and out time

10. Various MIS and reporting to HO

11. Weekly visit to HO for reporting and assistance.

12. Contributing technical expertise towards completion of project.

13. Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.

14. Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.

15. Completing regulatory documents concerning safety & various licenses( Labour).

16. Will be responsible for stock & store handling at site with in and out record of materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
