**Job Title: Site Supervisor (Civil)**

**Location**: Bhubaneswar

**Experience: Required minimum 3 year**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is progressing as per project plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to construction specifications and timelines.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper inventory management.
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays to keep the project on schedule.
- Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation of work progress.
- Communicate effectively with the team, clients, and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different sites.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
