Job Purpose:

To ensure efficient production operations, maintain quality standards, and conduct testing and inspection of control panels as per ISO guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production processes and assist in planning and scheduling.
  • Perform continuity and functional testing as per wiring diagrams.
  • Prepare quality checklists, inspection records, and test reports.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, 7QC tools, CAPA, and 5S.
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve production or quality issues.
  • Support process improvement and participate in quality audits.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, 7QC tools, and 5S practices.
  • Understanding of control panel wiring and production processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Experience:

1- 4 years in Production or Quality (Electrical / Electronics domain).
