JOB REQUIREMENTS Educational Qualifications Essential: CA/MBA || Financial planning, Management reporting, Accounting & Costing Preferred Institution: IIMs & Equivalent Desired Qualification: || || Work Exp Min: 3 Max:5 Industry Specification Manufacturing: preference will be given to Automobile, Engineering sector Addnl Requirements Age Min: 25 Max: 30 Need for travel 0 4. KEY COMPETENCIES Technical/Functional 1. MS office tools, SAP FICO 2. Ability to do scenario analysis, develop models and test them, very strong excel and ppt skills, create a narrative out of numbers. Analytics would be an added advantage Behavioural L2 - ADAPT - Generate ideas; solve problems creatively; Champion improvements & positive change; Develop and engage people 5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Making Annual Operating Plan, Tracking Actuals vs Plan, Preparing revised estimates of the in-quarter and the balance year, developing rolling forecast for 4 qtrs, Competition Monitoring, monitoring market share, developing dashboards for senior leadership for metric monitoring, creating scenario analysis for various decisions, Impact calculation of various price volume decisions, work with CFO's office, Leadership team presentation, Business Partner for support functions.
