looking for a passionate Software Architect who can design, build, and guide robust systems while thriving

in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end architecture design of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for critical features and projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Define and enforce best practices in coding, testing, integration, deployment, and system operations.

Design and implement microservices-based architectures with RESTful APIs.

Own performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of applications.

Ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and drive automation in development and deployment.

Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.

Key Skills & Competencies

Programming:
Expert in Java (latest versions) and Spring Boot frameworks.

Databases:
Strong knowledge of MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.

Cloud & Infrastructure:
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and Linux server administration.

Architecture & Design:
Strong background in Microservices architecture, REST API design, HLD/LLD

documentation.

DevOps & CI/CD:
Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, and automation tools.

Testing:
Strong in Unit Testing and ensuring high code quality.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Prior startup experience or product development background.
