Shaapa Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing company in the e-commerce and product development sector, committed to delivering quality services and innovative solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accounts Executive to support our accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records and data entry in Tally or other accounting software.
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports.
  • Maintain petty cash records and bank reconciliations.
  • Support in GST filings, TDS calculations, and monthly returns.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining ledgers.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely payments and documentation.
  • Help ensure compliance with statutory requirements and audit processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance is a plus.
  • Prior internship or experience in an accounting or finance role will be an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
