Area Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and motivating a sales team, and achieving sales targets within a designated geographical area.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and onboard high-performing sales representatives.
  • Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets, analyzing sales data and metrics.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews to senior management.
  • Identify underperforming areas and develop actionable plans for improvement.
  • Ensure all sales activities and transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Qualification:

  • 2+ years of sales, field sales, or marketing experience.
  • Graduation in any stream.
  • Local candidate required.
  • Must have own bike and valid DL.
