We are hiring Field Sales Executives in Guwahati for the BFSI sector. Responsibilities include client acquisition, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly field sales targets
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networking
  • Meet clients, explain products, and convert leads into business
  • Maintain good relationships with customers in the Jaipur market
  • Share daily sales reports and performance updates

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3+ years of field sales or marketing experience (BFSI/B2C preferred)
  • Graduated in any discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a local candidate from Guwahati with market knowledge
  • Self-driven, target-oriented & open to travel
  • CTC: ₹3.45 LPA (fixed + incentives) – Company will not pay more than this package
