Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to support our enterprise data initiatives at Inspire Brands. This is a hybrid offshore role based in Hyderabad, India, working closely with cross-functional global teams to optimize and manage menu data used across our brand platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders across Data, Technology, and Business units to understand menu-related data needs and translate them into functional product requirements.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps that support business priorities and scalable data management.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure successful integration, delivery, and quality assurance .
  • Drive data consistency, governance, and standardization of menu attributes across systems and platforms.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on menu data management tools and workflows.
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in product management or data platform/product roles.
  • Experience managing offshore and global teams in a hybrid model.
  • Ability to define and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile product management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in the restaurant, foodservice, or retail industry.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data modeling, or enterprise data platform environments.
  • Knowledge of Inspire Brands ecosystem or similar enterprise environments.
