Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Glass Industry)Location: Bhatar Road, Azad Nagar, SuratJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to promote our glass products for interior and exterior applications. The ideal candidate will have a background in the plywood or hardware industry and possess strong knowledge of the field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with architects, contractors, carpenters, and PMC contractors. Responsibilities:Conduct field visits to potential clients and project sites.

Target architects, contractors, carpenters, and PMC contractors to generate leads. Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to discuss their needs and promote our glass products. Provide product information and technical assistance to clients.

Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations. Follow up on leads and close sales deals. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Requirements:Proven experience in the plywood or hardware industry. Strong knowledge of interior and exterior glass applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel within the designated territory. Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 (negotiable based on experience), plus incentives based on performance.
