Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cafe Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise cafe staff

  • Ensure excellent customer service

  • Manage daily cafe operations

  • Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards

  • Control inventory and costs

  • Train and develop staff

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.

  2. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  3. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

  4. Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
