What are we looking for?

A detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage banking operations and documentation processes, ensuring smooth coordination with banks and internal teams for account management, fund transfers, and investment-related activities.

What does the job entail?

Liaising with banks for:


• Account opening and KYC refresh
• Fixed Deposit (FD) placements \


• All related documentation
• Submitting requests to banks for:


• Fund transfers and RTGS


• User addition/deletion in banking portals


• Handling all filing, printing, and scanning activities related to:


• Bank reconciliation


• Investment mid and back-office operations (Life and Pension)


• Procuring stamp papers for trade-related documentation

Work exp:

13 years of experience in banking operations, finance back-office, or investment documentation roles.

Essential Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:


• Strong understanding of banking procedures and documentation


• Familiarity with investment operations (especially Life and Pension)


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)


• Good communication and coordination skills


• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks


• Experience with document management systems is a plus
