About the Role

We at Innovaccer are seeking a driven and creative Apprentice- Talent Acquisition.

• Assist in the recruitment process: Sourcing, job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling and coordinating.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Handle basic HR administrative tasks: maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
• Support compliance efforts: ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.

What You Need

• A Minimum of Graduation Degree in any field, and a zeal to learn the Px functioning.
• 2-11 months of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Must be available for apprenticeship tenure of minimum 1 year.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
