Role Overview
We are seeking a
strategic and execution-focused Manager – Analytics
to join our team. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners including
Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, and Sales
to build tools that drive
business insights, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for analytics, CRM, and dashboard platforms.
  • Collaborate with data, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to understand business needs and transform them into scalable product solutions.
  • Build internal tools and dashboards to enable decision-making and performance tracking across teams.
  • Own the integration and optimization of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Translate user needs into product features, user stories, and technical requirements.
  • Lead user feedback cycles and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Drive tool adoption through onboarding programs, documentation, and training sessions.
  • Monitor product success using KPIs, usage metrics, and business impact analysis.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Analytics, CRM, or enterprise tools.
  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics and CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data workflows and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
