Key Responsibilities

As an intern at VMF, you will contribute to meaningful, real-world social impact initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering Questionnaires
  • Conduct surveys and structured interviews with program beneficiaries and stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate, ethical, and complete data collection during field activities
  • Data Entry & Management
  • Digitize responses using spreadsheets or internal data systems
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in data handling
  • Data Analysis
  • Support in analyzing data to identify patterns, insights, and impact metrics
  • Collaborate with team leads to prepare summary charts and insights
  • Report Writing
  • Assist in drafting reports and documentation for ongoing and completed projects
  • Compile case studies, progress narratives, and program summaries

Who Should Apply

  • Students or recent graduates with a passion for social impact, research, or public service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi)
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word
  • Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively
  • Willingness to engage in fieldwork or community interaction when needed
