Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Scrum Master / Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager (Lead Consultant) who can drive Agile best practices, lead multiple project streams, and coordinate across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, stakeholder expectations, team coordination, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement within an Agile or hybrid Agile environment

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more infrastructure squads, facilitating all Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)

Manage infrastructure projects end-to-end using Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional PM methodologies

Track project milestones, risks, budgets, and timelines; ensure clear communication with stakeholders

Drive collaboration across IT teams including network, cloud, security, systems, and external vendors

Identify and remove blockers to team progress, promote team health and delivery excellence

Ensure change management processes and compliance standards are followed

Prepare and present status reports to leadership and technical stakeholders

Support capacity planning and resource allocation across concurrent infrastructure projects

Rack, measure, and report on project progress, team performance, and deliverables using JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.

Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and impediments.

Ensure alignment between delivery teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams.

Manage stakeholder communication, status updates, and expectation setting.

Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, UX, DevOps, and business analysts.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, Azure DevOps.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Experience in managing geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, or PMI-ACP certifications.

Experience in cloud migration, DevOps, or software development lifecycle projects.

Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery models.

Background in domains such as BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Telecom is a plus.
