Candidates should be graduates with 1 year of experience in the core IFMS field and managing Admin and Facilities with good communication skills. Should have a core understanding of housekeeping, guest management, event organizing, email communication, and day-to-day admin tasks.
Responsibilities- Soft Services Management: Manage and provide soft services like cafeteria, pest control, and waste management.
- Ensure the availability of office supplies, stationery, and other resources.
- Oversee and maintain housekeeping, janitorial services, and general cleanliness.
- Coordinate security services, including access control and visitor management.
- Minimum of 1 year in the core IFMS field and managing Admin and Facilities.
