Designation: Academic Counsellor

Experience: Freshers- 3 years experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one counselling to students regarding courses, universities, and countries.
- Understand student profiles, career goals, and academic backgrounds to suggest suitable study options abroad.
- Handle admissions processes: documentation, applications, follow-ups, and interview preparation.
- Maintain updated knowledge of overseas education systems, entry requirements, and visa processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and university partners.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for enrolments and conversions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline); Education/Management background preferred.
- Fresher to 1+ years of experience in overseas education counselling (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
