Role & responsibilities
Sales and Lead Generation
Identify and approach potential clients, including schools, bookstores, and distributors, within the assigned territory.
- Present and promote a range of educational products, including books, flashcards, charts, life skill boards, and project materials.
 Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with schools, institutions, and retailers.
- Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and relevant information to potential clients.
 Address customer inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Market Expansion
Identify new business opportunities and market trends within your region.
- Gather feedback from clients and share actionable insights with the management team.
 Ensure proper placement, visibility, and availability of Mittsure products in retail and institutional outlets.
Sales Reporting
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market visits.
Submit regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Sales Manager for performance tracking.
Brand Promotion
Represent Mittsure at educational events, exhibitions, and school fairs.
- Promote the company's brand and offerings through strategic outreach and participation in promotional campaigns.

 - Strong sales aptitude with the ability to convincingly demonstrate products
 - Self-driven and results-oriented
 - Good negotiation and persuasion skills
 - Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
 
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (required)
 - Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the EdTech or education-related industry
 - Familiarity with the geography and educational institutions in the assigned location
 - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
