Your Role

As an Executive at StayVista. You will play a key role in generating sales and driving the success of events and guest experiences. you will work closely with the sales, marketing, and event teams to promote and deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving revenue goals while upholding StayVista's premium service standards.

About You

  • Increase in market share within the local event industry.
  • Additional revenue generated through upselling event packages or extra services (e.g. F&B, extra amenities).
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients for events, conferences, and private experiences, converting leads into sales.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event requirements and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Assist in organizing and managing events, ensuring all logistical details, from venue selection to catering, are flawlessly executed.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for event bookings, upsell opportunities, and repeat business.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals, including pricing, event packages, and promotional offerings, aligned with customer needs.
  • Minimum 1 year in weddings, event sales or event management.
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
