Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to lead sales and client acquisition efforts in the U.S.
Medical, Dental Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, a strong sales background, and experience working with providers such as clinics, hospitals, and private practices.

Qualifications

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to attract new U.S.-based healthcare providers (clinics, practices, hospitals).
  • Identify and qualify leads through networking, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Present and promote our medical billing and RCM services to prospective clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to closing the contract.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and account management.
  • Coordinate with internal billing, operations, and compliance teams to ensure client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Track sales metrics and report progress to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
