We are looking for a Senior / Pro Game Animator with strong experience in real-time animation and Unreal Engine 5.

This is a hands-on role. While seniority and ownership are important, this position is not purely managerial. You will be directly responsible for creating high-quality animations that define the combat feel of the game.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement high-quality character animations for combat.
  • Collaborate closely with the programmer and the 3D team to ensure responsive, readable combat.
  • Help define and maintain a consistent animation style.
  • Iterate quickly based on gameplay feedback.

Animation quality and responsiveness are critical for the prototypes success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Game Animator (professional or equivalent demonstrable experience).
  • Strong experience with Unreal Engine 5 animation systems.
  • Solid understanding of combat animation, timing, and readability.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable communicating via text-based tools
