  8. Complaint Management

  9. Installation Management
  10. Commissioning Management
  11. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Management
  12. Warranty Registration Management

  13. ERP Sale Order Creation

  14. Conduct Business Process Workshops and end-user training sessions.

  15. Manage stakeholder communications including regular steering committee meetings.
  16. Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams for system enhancements and upgrades.
  17. Maintain issue logs and lead resolution efforts to ensure minimum business disruption.
  18. Contribute to Knowledge Management initiatives including policy creation and process documentation.
  19. Stay updated with emerging trends in SAP CRM and recommend innovations aligned with KBL's business goals.
