Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Rajkot. We are seeking a procative and detail oriented Office Administrator / Account Manager to support our expert team in Bookkeeping, Payroll and Compliance You will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing account operations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Office Administration and Client Cordination . Documentation and data entry. General support to our friendly and collaborative team.Tasks include coordinating with internal teams, developing account strategies, and reporting on account performance. The role also involves identifying opportunities for account growth and addressing client queries and issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing client relationships and account operations
  • Skills in developing account strategies and reporting on performance
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using account management software and tools
  • Prior experience in accounting or marketing is a plus
  • Masters degree in Accounting , CA Inter, CA.
  • Excellent English and Communication Skills.
