Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Rajkot. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling account-related queries, and coordinating with internal teams to meet project requirements. Daily tasks include preparing quotations, monitoring the delivery schedule, resolving customer issues, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with contractors, engineers, and developers to understand their project needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Project Coordination and Time Management skills
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Miracle and other Software
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the construction or concrete industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
