Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare architectural drawings, including structural draftsman activities, shop drawing, detail drawings, and facade design.

  • Develop conceptual designs that meet client needs while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Utilize software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit to create detailed designs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development of architectural projects from concept to completion, working closely with senior architects, engineers, and clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
  • Support senior architects in design development and project documentation.
  • Conduct site visits and assist in project coordination.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Research materials, building codes, and design trends.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • 0–5 years of professional experience in architectural design or construction.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and detailing.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and approval processes.
