Role Overview

We are seeking a
full-time on-site Junior Architect
to join our talented architectural team in Chennai. As a Junior Architect at NRK Homes, you will play a key role in architectural design, assist in managing residential and commercial projects, and collaborate on the integration of design with cutting-edge software tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and assist in architectural and interior design concepts
  • Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings and SketchUp models
  • Participate in site visits, design discussions, and client presentations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including structural, MEP, and interior teams
  • Support Project Managers in tracking project timelines, materials, and deliverables
  • Integrate software and design tools to streamline the architectural workflow
  • Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, codes, and safety standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
    in Architecture or a related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
    is essential
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Prior experience as an
    Architect or Interior Designer
    is preferred
  • Excellent
    creative thinking and visualization skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced real estate environment
