Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage field collections by visiting customers, identifying overdue payments, and recovering outstanding amounts.
  • Conduct loan collection activities such as bucket checks to identify NPAs (Non-Performing Assets) and unsecured loans.
  • Ensure timely payment collection from customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers during field visits using our proprietary software.
