 Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled SAP BASIS L2 Consultant with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, and performance tuning of SAP systems, ensuring smooth system operations and supporting SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI, etc.).
  • Handle user administration, role/profile management, and system monitoring.
  • Manage SAP transport management system (TMS).
  • Conduct system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of BASIS-related issues.
  • Apply SAP Support Packages, kernel upgrades, and enhancement packs.
  • Manage database backups, restores, and system refreshes.
  • Support SAP system migrations, upgrades, and patch management.
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams for issue resolution and deployment activities.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and logs using SAP tools like Solution Manager and Early Watch Alert.
