About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and dynamic Machine Learning Trainer to handle Machine Learning concepts for BCA 2nd Semester students. The trainer will be responsible for delivering conceptual and practical sessions, guiding students through foundational ML concepts, and ensuring strong classroom engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality classroom sessions on core Machine Learning topics prescribed for 2nd Semester BCA curriculum.
  • Teach foundational ML concepts including:
  • Introduction to Machine Learning
  • Types of Learning (Supervised, Unsupervised, Reinforcement)
  • Data Preprocessing & Feature Engineering
  • Basic Algorithms (Linear Regression, KNN, Decision Trees, Clustering etc.)
  • Evaluation Metrics
  • Conduct hands-on lab sessions using Python, Jupyter Notebook, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Simplify complex topics and ensure students understand both theoretical and practical aspects.
  • Prepare and deliver assignments, mini-projects, and assessments.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and promote an interactive learning environment.
  • Track student progress, provide feedback, and support weaker students when required.
  • Coordinate with the academic coordinator regarding timetable, attendance, and curriculum alignment.
  • Ensure timely completion of the syllabus as per college requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML-related libraries.
  • Ability to explain concepts to beginners in a clear and structured manner.
  • Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to engage students and encourage active participation.
  • Strong punctuality and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior teaching/training experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Industry experience in Machine Learning projects is an added advantage.

Mode & Timings

  • On-campus engagement based on college schedule.
  • Sessions may include both theory and lab hours as per the curriculum.
