Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

The Diploma Trainee Service will undergo a 36 month structured training program to gain hands-on knowledge of industrial and commercial cleaning machines such as scrubber dryers, sweepers, vacuum cleaners, high-pressure washers, and other mechanized cleaning systems. After training, the trainee will perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown service, and customer support at various sites including industries, warehouses, commercial buildings, hospitality facilities, and retail environments.

Training Program (3–6 Months)

1. Product & Technical Training

  • Introduction to cleaning equipment categories—manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic machines.
  • Understanding electrical systems, battery-operated machines, brush motors, vacuum systems, pumps, and control boards.
  • Training on machine chemistry compatibility, consumables, and accessories.
  • Detailed safety training—lockout/tagout procedures, handling cleaning chemicals, and safe machine operation.

2. Hands-On & On-the-Job Training

  • Shadow senior engineers during installation, commissioning, and demonstration of machines to customers.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation
  • Basic understanding of electromechanical systems
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Freshers eligible
