Position Overview: MediBuddy is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process across different non-tech functions. Youll play a crucial part in ensuring we hire right talent to fuel our growth and deliver excellence in healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing & Engagement:
  2. Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, external vendors, social media, campus hiring, and employee referrals.
  3. Build and nurture talent pipelines across levels
  4. Recruitment Process Management:
  5. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
  6. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments
  7. Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
  8. Release offers and manage onboarding
  9. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  10. Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and business needs.
  11. Provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
  12. Candidate Experience:
  13. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for MediBuddy, communicating the organization's culture and values.
  15. Data-Driven Recruitment:
  16. Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
  17. Prepare recruitment reports and suggest strategies for process optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters/Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in mid-senior level hiring
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
